PRODUCT PRICE

Prices are displayed on the page dedicated to each product, include VAT and do not include delivery charges unless expressly stated or offered as a bonus for large orders. If the price is not displayed, you will be able to ask for an offer and a consultant will inform you of the price as soon as possible.

The price of the product ordered is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.

The price printed on the invoice is the same as the one sent by the operators when confirming the order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods are available on the order launch page.

Based on the information held by Thermomix and provided by the buyer, an invoice will be issued for the goods delivered. At the same time, the parcel will be accompanied by the documentation required by law for the product(s) ordered, as appropriate: warranty certificate, instructions for use, etc.

For individuals, the following payment methods are accepted:

For legal entities, the following payment methods are accepted:

RETURN POLICY

According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014 as they are in force at the date hereof you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without stating reasons, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, enter into physical possession of the products.

The provisions of GEO 34/2014 apply only to the consumer defined as any person or group of persons constituted in associations as defined in art. 2, point 2 of OG 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.

We will make this refund exclusively to a bank account, which you will communicate to us in the return form.

The return costs will be borne by you and the product will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the reception of the product that made the object of the sale.

The returned product must be in the same physical and functional condition as when it was received, based on the order placed.

You will be responsible for the diminution in value of the good, due to its use to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish the nature of its characteristics and mode of operation.

We may retain an amount of money equivalent to the cost of reconditioning the products returned with defects in appearance, function, missing accessories or incomplete, excessively damaged or missing packaging. This amount is determined by the Thermomix Romania service technician, based on a repair estimate.

You have the right to withdraw your return decision even after the returned product has come into our possession. In this case the costs of returning or relocating the product are within your remit.

If more than one product of the same type, make and model has been purchased, only one unsealed product will be accepted for return (the remaining products will only be accepted if sealed in the original packaging with all original labels).

Shipment of improperly packaged product, which leads to its damage during transport, shall incur the full liability of the sender.

Notification of the return decision will be made by completing the return form below and emailing it to office@thermomixromania.ro before the withdrawal period expires.

DELIVERY POLICY

The Thermomix is delivered under the following conditions:

– Delivery of the Thermomix is made within 5 working days* from the date of the evidence of payment to the Thermomix Romania account.

– Delivery of all accessories is made within 10 working days* from the date of the evidence of payment in the Thermomix Romania account, for orders paid with PO. For reimbursement or full payment with vouchers or Privilegio points, the delivery time is 14 days from the date of placing the order form.

– The addressee mentioned on the documents sent to the courier company is the one noted on the Order Form (fully and correctly completed).

* Exception: holidays, legal holidays, when the delivery process may be delayed.

In the event that the payment evidencing requirements have been followed by the consultant and delivery is not made within 7 days, please contact the Team Leader or Branch Manager for resolution.

– The order can be placed at any time but the processing period is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, except on public holidays.

– For deliveries outside Brașov county, Thermomix office colleagues send the shipment notification to the customer and the consultant (this notification contains the AWB of the shipment).

– For customers from Brașov, an e-mail is sent to the consultants with the mention that the Thermomix can be picked up between 15:00 – 16:45 – from the central warehouse – Calea Feldioarei nr. 68D.

If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not sign the receipt, but, in the presence of the courier, call your consultant or Office Thermomix Romania, phone number: 0268414214 to follow the procedure that is required in this situation.

Important:

The delivery service is outsourced.

On receipt of the parcel by the customer, if the parcel is visibly damaged, inform the customer not to sign the receipt document. In these situations, a damaged parcel report is drawn up (form that couriers have) and photos of the parcel must be taken and sent to the Consultant. In these circumstances we can claim compensation from the courier company. Once the parcel is accepted by the customer and the receipt document is signed we have no legal power to recover the damage.

The central warehouse is located in Brașov, Calea Feldioarei, 68D.

Regardless of the region/location, we recommend the Demo Delivery** service, which is highly appreciated by customers.

** Demo Delivery – the opportunity to cook a recipe together with the customer and once again mention the Thermomix functions and safety measures in its use.

STOCKS

Products are available in stock. However, the administrator cannot guarantee the availability of posted products. Customers are correctly informed, according to the terms and conditions, of the availability of the products ordered before delivery is confirmed. Rarely, miscommunication may occur in this regard.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

To provide true, accurate and current information about his entity when requested, otherwise there is a possibility of orders being refused;

To accept the resolution of any problems within 30 days from the date of their referral by email to the administrator;

To accept the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the administrator once the orders have been placed and to pay for the goods by the methods made available at the time the order is placed.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

– To provide users with free of charge professional information on its products and services. The content published in the online shop is for guidance only. The characteristics of the products and their technical documentation displayed on the site are provided by the manufacturers and suppliers. The images of the products are displayed for presentation purposes only. Depending on the batch in which they were manufactured, the actual appearance of the product may differ.

– Please contact customers for order confirmation by e-mail or telephone;

– Deliver the products within 30 days of delivery confirmation, if they are in stock;

– To use personal data collected from customers/users in accordance with the `Privacy Policy` section, an integral part of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
