Orders are placed online through the Online Store, via the order form, subject to product availability. If a Product is unavailable after the order has been placed, Vorwerk Romania must inform the customer within a reasonable period. The customer can obtain additional information about products from Vorwerk Romania customer service.

The sale is concluded only after express acceptance by Vorwerk Romania. However, Vorwerk Romania reserves the right not to fulfil or to cancel orders, with a refund of any advance payment made, if the orders appear suspicious, including but not limited to: orders placed by minors, insolvent customers, customers without a known address, or customers providing false information.

Vorwerk Romania reserves the right to suspend or refuse any order from a customer who has not paid for a previous order or with whom there is an ongoing dispute. Placing an order means that the customer fully accepts the GTC.

The Product is invoiced at the price applicable at the time the order is registered. Prices are expressed in euros, including all taxes. Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are indicated separately.

In the event of late payment, without prior notice of default, (i) statutory interest is automatically due according to the applicable legal rate and (ii) the outstanding amount is automatically increased by a fixed compensation of 10% of the amount due, with a minimum of 125 euros. The parties agree that this represents a reasonable estimate of the fixed damages, which may be increased or reduced if the interested party proves otherwise. In the event of enforcement proceedings, all costs shall be borne by the customer. An incomplete delivery does not justify postponing payment for the goods delivered. Vorwerk Romania may issue partial invoices as delivery takes place. Payment of invoices cannot be made conditional on the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

Delivery times are not binding and are only indicative, unless expressly provided otherwise. The risk transfers to the customer when the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes physical possession of the Product.

The Products sold remain the property of Vorwerk Romania until full payment of the price and any other amounts owed by the customer has been received. The customer is responsible for any damage or deterioration of the Product compared to its new condition, as a result of use, damage to packaging, etc. In the event of seizure, confiscation, or other measures taken by third parties concerning the Product, for any reason, the customer fully indemnifies Vorwerk Romania against any resulting claims and costs. In such a case, the customer must inform the third party that the Product remains the property of Vorwerk Romania. If the price is not paid in full within the agreed period, Vorwerk Romania may, at its discretion, request the return of the Product, with possible reimbursement of amounts already paid, or the blocking of the appliance's functionalities.

Complaints regarding the Product must be submitted in writing and the existence of a defect must be proven. Vorwerk Romania is not liable if the defect did not exist at the time of delivery of the Product or if the customer was aware of the defect at the time of purchase. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the Product. After this period, complaints are invalid and have no legal effect.

The Product benefits from a warranty covering parts and labour, including Vorwerk Comfort Service, in accordance with Vorwerk Romania's conditions from the date of delivery. The warranty period is two (2) years. It does not apply in the following cases:

• incorrect use, normal wear and tear, abnormal maintenance or lack of maintenance and/or hygiene;

• use of accessories or equipment other than those supplied by Vorwerk Romania or spare parts that are not original Vorwerk parts;

• intervention or modification of the appliance by an unauthorized third party or by the customer;

• failure to comply with the operating instructions;

• connection to a non-compliant electrical installation;

• force majeure: natural disasters, lightning, floods, fire, or accidental events or external causes;

• defective or unavailable Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection for any reason.

The above provisions do not limit rights relating to hidden defects and non-conforming delivery.

In the event of non-compliance with the safety instructions in the Product manual, Vorwerk Romania shall not be liable for damages caused to the customer or third parties, including animals or property. Any incident must be reported immediately to Vorwerk Romania, which may request the appliance for examination. The condition of the appliance must not be altered after the incident.

The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the Product, including when the product is received through a third party. To exercise this right, the customer may use the withdrawal form provided with the product or submit a statement including the order number and the decision to return the Product. The Product must be returned in its original packaging to the address indicated by Vorwerk Romania:

During the withdrawal period, the customer must handle the Product and packaging with care: the customer may only unpack the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and operation. In the event of withdrawal, the customer bears the return costs and any depreciation or damage caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this verification, as well as the costs of new packaging. In the event of damage to the Product or packaging, Vorwerk Romania may invoice the repair costs and/or the full value of the damaged goods.

The customer's personal data is collected and processed by Vorwerk Romania as the data controller.

Vorwerk Romania refers to its Privacy Policy, available on its website at the link XXX, which describes the data processed, the legal bases and purposes of processing, and the rights of data subjects. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of the order and/or the GTC is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The parties shall replace the invalidated provisions in good faith with equivalent provisions that align with the intention of the order and the GTC. In the event of total or partial invalidity, the court may limit the invalidity and restrict it to the unreasonable parts.

The order, the sale, its execution, etc., and the GTC are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes relating to or arising from the order and/or the GTC shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
